Is there any way you could guide me where I can find the clutch kit for the Suzuki VZR M109r BOSS clutch you did a short video for please?
Ok, I’ll try 👍🏻👍🏻
Hi. I bought all the parts at Riva Yamaha. Don’t know where are you located and if any Riva nearby, but you also can call them, or oreder online. All OEM parts. Thank you for watching my videos. Hopefully soon can come back and create new content .
Hello, I watched a video about the suzuki M109r b.o.s.s. clutch assembly, i have the same clutch on my c109rt, can you please let me know where I can get the plates? Thank you! Keep up the video please!
What a sound 👌
what kind of tire is it?
It’s a Metzeler 150/80
@@KopiCraftwork Thanks man! what about the back one? Been looking around and it's tough to source the right size & ratio. Hope you are doing well. Love the channel content!
@ currently I’m using Kumho Road Ventu tire on the back. Yes it took May Days to find the right shape and size. This one I’m using for years. Thank you for the comment, and I’m glad you like the channel. Unfortunately didn’t had a chance to upload new content for a while now, which is a shame.
@@KopiCraftwork all good, there's already a lot 😃 would be great to see what you've been up to though. Just to confirm, you're using the stock rims right?
yes , stock wheels, had to modify the swing arm a bit. Oh and I’m working on a TW200 Yamaha now. Fully radical Custom, you’ll see eventually some content about it.
WITNESS ME! Haha love it.
Possible to buy somewhere?
@@maikschaefer8051 I use to make these, had a few order, and when the system was done, I shipped it out. Was easy to install, but like every time you change exhaust, less back pressure etc, highly recommend to put the bike on dyno. So properly adjust the computer (power commander) and you feel the difference big time. Throttle response, torque increase, HP . Like you unleash the beast
I've heard several mention changing out the stock riser bushings for polyurethane. Did you do that, and do you think it's necessary? Thanks
For my opinion, isn’t necessary, the first you will lose is the comfort. Polyurethane let true the vibration, and if you grab that handlebar for hours, will lose sense of your hands. The rubber absorbing all those vibrations. I would definitely keep that.
@@KopiCraftwork thanks!
@@motorcycleden anytime mate.
hi! can you make another one for me?
Hi. Yes it’s definitely possible, just need to hunt down the donor parts. I can start do some searching if you are serious.
@@KopiCraftwork thanks! that is wonderful. I was looking for a fairing like this. Can you please tell what i should expect about cost? +-
@@ВикторНартов-ц3б this one you see was $1950 plus shipping. Had to ship this to India, that cost additional $140. It’s all depends if can find parts. This particular one wanted it with LED high beams, also with Angry eyebrows . Without those, would be around $1750.
@@KopiCraftwork it s to expensive for me right now ((( but i think it is a fair price. I'll be back after get some cash. Thanks a lot for your time
@@ВикторНартов-ц3б yes unfortunately not cheap, because the parts I’m using, they sell them like gold. Sometimes take months the get all the parts. The factory Thunderstrom headlight mount , last time took me over a month to get. Brand new factory of course. So yes, it’s not cheap, but I did several already, and they loved it, either went to Australia or India or UK. It’s still unique, because it’s not huge quantity product. Total I made 5, they are all around the world, actually 4 now, because what is sent to Australia, 8 years ago, the Guy Totaled he’s bike unfortunately. 😞
Did you take handlebars and speedo off for any reason?
No, I didn’t had to on this one, but on a different one, had to replace the neck bearing, and had to partially separate upper clamps and etc
Nice exhaust, the gauge in the middle is that a coolant temp gauge. And we're you connect this sender... Gr have a nice ride
Thanks mate, glad you like it. 🙏🏼😎 bike definitely got many attention when I finished this system. That coolant gauge came as a kit, and with step by step instruction, is was very easy to install. The temp sensor was installed near the the cylinder head area in the coolant line, behind the radiator
How much fork oil do you put in? Where are you able to get new seals?
Hi. The oil level depends what spring you using? Factory? Progressive? If you have factory springs in, the oil level from the top of the fork is 5.5 inch. The seals from eBay . Used that brand many times, they hold well, good quality.
Is it road legal?
Absolutely
I ride everywhere, not long ago Collected my third trophy at Daytona Bike Show. So yeah, kept it that way so can be may daily ride. 🙂
Matrix lookin exhaust love it
This custom made system got so much attention, I’m very proud of it. Thank you, glad you like it
What mirrors are those?
It’s a DTM carbon mirror.
that's a car for sure
you deserve a special place on the wall of fans. This bike has definitively the post apo spirit. nice work.
Thanks a lot mate! Loved every word said!😎👍🏻🤜🏻🤛🏻
I switched to efi ,so I could modify the tank for a fuel gauge it really helps with knowing how screwed I am in the middle of nowhere.
That was definitely great move for sure! 👌🏻🙌🏻😎
@KopiCraftwork It's pretty cool they sell a kit for it too with custom throttle bodies. I was using racing carbs ,but let's just say I only ran out of fuel faster 😆 🤣 cool video ,love watching carb work.
@@thedood4713 yep, race carbs, engine getting much thirsty!🤣 Thank you, glad you like the videos
You have to make sure you have a little pressure in the forks. Mine gets a very unsettling flexing on concrete joints and tar strips.
But that is so small pressure 2-3psi, because if you put like 4-5Psi, lifts up the bike so high, start shaking the front much easier. You don’t have that vibration?
@@KopiCraftwork The spec says 0-15lbs/psi filled and measured with no weight on the front tire. I run it at 8-10lbs. The forks extends maybe an inch and a half. I dont notice it as much as I notice the weird wobble as the tire fides along a tar strip or pavement joint at lower speeds. Shes very stable up through 120mph. I've never pushed it beyond that. At speeds over 50, I'm not sure you even notice the difference between air and no air.
Took mine out for a 10 mile ride today. It was 31*F
@@Winkkin oh wow, that’s pretty cold. Usually in that cold oil suspensions are tougher, harder.
@@KopiCraftwork It parks in an underground garage where it doesn't get below 50. It was nippy but with a heavy leather, good gloves and a full face helmet you dont even notice it.
Hello question about how long did it actually take you to remove the carburetor may I ask please
I believe about an hour. Wasn’t that bad.
Well Jesus, u are truly a master at what u do , to be that detailed and creative and then put it out in the world
Thanks so much! It means a lot!
It is very cool! 😲
This is awesome! I have a Thunderbird Storm and I’m looking to do a fairing similar to this. Can you help with that?!
Hey! I can ask the customer about this fairing. I believe this is meant to be for different brand, but he modified it, and put it on he’s bike.
Greetings. Does you used VFR800 front plastic ?)
No, it’s a piece by piece metal, welded together, and the donor was Yamaha.

Sounds amazing. Also that is the most unstable way to stand your bike, with the front wheel facing away from the side stand.
Thank you, glad you like it. And I park this way purposely, because for video shots, or photos, the bikes just looks way better, then turn it to left. Also what you try to say, more likely unstable with lighter bikes, not these massive ones.
i want the same thing but 3 piles all the way back in some x pipes in place under where the cat is. ONE DAY1
Honestly I’m planning to make one, but gonna try it first without Xpipes, I believe would be extremely unique sound.
@@KopiCraftwork being this short of a line, i do not think there is any advantage or disadvantage to a scavenge or a crossing with x pipes. might change it a bit. Im not one to build 3 exhausts and spend $ dynoing and tuning each one. I really want to see a sidewinder that uses all 3 pipes like the stock has, 2 on one side and 1 on the other. half of the charm is having 3 pipes out the back, taking that away is IMO killing the look of these bikes.
Thanks that’s a nice video I wish you’re in my neighborhood maybe you can work on mine! 🤣🤪🖖
Thank you. If can help you, ask away. How far do you live?
What a duo. That rocket is one of the toughest customs ive seen
Thanks Mate. I’m glad you like it👍🏻👍🏻😎😎🤜🏻🤛🏻
You made it from scratch? Would sale one?
Yes I made this one , a gentleman ordered it from India. Bought all the donor parts, made all the modifications, and the final piece is bolt on ready.
Bro Did you have to have a special socket to get out the spring?
No that’s requires a regular socket, 17or 19mm. Usually lose that top cap not before loosing up the triple tree clamps, and then just hand tight back, and when remove the fork legs, and while losing it, keep give a small force down the the cap, so the spring will not kick up, just hold the fork straight, and gently remove the cap.
I think I want one
I’d be more than happy to make one for ya.👍🏻👍🏻😎 email me for details

i want original roudster exhaust looks and sound of aftermarket deep exhaust :)
It is Possible! I was thought will open a factory can, and do the internal the way it will not give that huge amount of back pressure, because of the size of those cannons, will definitely sounds beastly! And yet still factory look.👍🏻👍🏻

@@KopiCraftwork rats all have their own unique personalities.
Do you know what would cause the overflow hose to continue draining all the bike is running I can’t get it to stop thank you
All I can think the floats are not closing the gasoline valves. Either that bed to be adjusted one by one, also check all those valve manual if you close them gently with you fingers. One by one, check them, put a clean hose long enough, so you can blow it, while hold the valve in position and slowly push it up until it closes. Sometimes the top rubber cone isn’t soft enough, get hard after those year contacting with gasoline all the time, and just won’t close. Then all 4 need to be replaced.. and I do highly recommend factory, not aftermarket part, because microns are enough, and will not close properly.
This is great information. I’m a HUGE motorcycle fan, been riding over half my life, and I’m 51. The V-Max was a bucket list motorcycle for me. I just recently ( in the last 2 weeks) purchased a 1989 with only 4011 miles! It’s runs decent, but needs carbs cleaned, valve adjustment.
